Kelly Prior

Kelly is a passionate,  experienced and well-respected personal trainer. She has over 15 years experience in fitness and sport. Currently along with the Milford bootcamp she also has a personal training studio in Parnell called K-Fit Lab.

She has a wealth of knowledge and her mission is to help people feel stronger, healthy, confident and most of all, happy.

One of her greatest joys is to see people get fit and healthier, to see them exceed there expectations, all while realising exercise can be fun!  She believes when you feel good, you do better at life!

She will support and inspire you on your health and fitness journey to reach your goals. Her workouts are challenging and varied all while making it fun!
