The DRILL 5 week Challenge designed to fuel your fitness journey and smash your goals, We’ll help kickstart your fitness with a five -week training and nutrition plan that will not only start you on the right track, but keep you going long after the program has ended.
Join The DRILL 5 week Challenge and get access to unlimited weekly workouts at any of our 5 Tauranga locations, a 5 week meal plan with measurements and follow ups; learn about fitness and nutrition from industry experts and discover the motivation of “sweating it out” together as a team.
SESSION LOCATIONS TIMES:
Mt Maunganui:
Blake park: Tues/Thurs mornings, 6.00am – 6.45pm. (covered when raining)
Mt Drury beach side: Saturday morning 7.00am – 7.45am
Papamoa:
Gordan Spratt reserve: Mon/Wed evenings 5.45pm – 6.30pm. (Papamoa College undercover when raining).
DRILL Studio, Carrington drive: Mon/Wed/Fri mid mornings: 9.00am – 9.45am ( covered when raining).
Otumoetai:
Fergusson park: Tues/Thurs evenings, 5.45pm – 6.30pm.
*Weekly PT session will be held at 73 Carrington drive or the Trainer will come to you!
